(Closed)[On-campus event] Accepting advance entries for Open Campus 2021

We are now accepting entries for the on-campus event of the Open Campus.
If you would like to join it, please read the following information carefully and make an advance entry.

Important Notes (MUST READ)

  • If you wish to join an English program, please make an advance entry for the program offered by School of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Department of Integrated Global Studies (IGS) because the others will be offered in Japanese. So, if you wish to join them, the detailed information can be found here.
  • ONLY high school students or students preparing for undergraduate entrance examinations are allowed to join the on-campus event. So, the parents, the family members and high school teachers are not allowed to accompany students to the campus (except for those who need assistance due to disabilities).
  • Entries from individuals are acceptable, but we do NOT accept entries from groups.
  • We do NOT accept entries from those who live overseas and in areas where the COVID-19 is spreading such as city given a declaration of emergency for the COVID-19. In addition, please refrain from coming to the event in case your area is given the declaration after the entry.
  • You can make an entry for ONLY one program. You cannot entry into both morning and afternoon programs, or for both the 19th and 20th.
  • Cancellation of entry or re-entry for another program is allowed by the above deadline, but you cannot make any change after the deadline.
  • Each program has the limited number of participants. So, if the number of entries exceeds the limit, we will select the participants by a computerized random drawing. The results will be informed by e-mail around August 5 (Thu).
  • The event may be cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation or weather conditions such as typhoons. In such cases, we will let all participants know individually by e-mail.
  • Please note that you may not be able to receive an e-mail after the entry due to settings such as e-mail rejection. In this case, please make sure to change the settings so that you can receive e-mails from "@office.hiroshima-u.ac.jp".
