Online Consultation Sessions Now Available for Advance Reservation

During the Online Open Campus, online consultation sessions will be held as follows.
Everyone is welcome to participate in them, so just take this opportunity to talk with university staff and ask your questions and concerns.

  • Date and time: Wednesday, August 18, 2021 [Office of Admissions]
                       Friday, August 20, 2021 [School of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Department of Integrated Global Studies (IGS)]
    * Time slots can be found on the reservation form below.
  • Reservation deadline: 23:59, August 15 (Sun), 2021 (Japan Standard Time)
     * [IGS only] The deadline has been extended to 23:59, August 18 (Wed), 2021 (Japan Standard Time)
     * On a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Notes:
    Office of Admissions will accept the following questions and concerns;
     -About undergraduate schools/departments other than IGS
     -About admission to the undergraduate programs
  • ONLY persons whose native language is not Japanese can make a reservation through this page.
    As for persons whose native language is Japanese, please make a reservation through Japanese website.
  • Please select at least two dates and times for consultation.
  • When the consultation date and time is fixed, we will let you know them by e-mail, together with the URL for the online consultation. If you have not received an e-mail within three days, please contact us at the e-mail address below.
  • Please download the app in advance, as we will have a talk online via Microsoft Teams.
