2024年2月20日、2023年度年次大会のセミナーでも講演いただいたIrina FILONOVA氏 (PCC (professional certified coach), the phd whisperer CEO / JSTアソシエイトフェロー) のワークショップをオンライン(Zoom)で開催しました。本ワークショップはHG教員のみを対象に開催されました。

Tendeiroプログラムマネージャーより、講師の紹介があった後、講師より「Research Team Dynamics (研究者集団の力学)」をテーマにオンライン形式のワークショップを開催しました。

「多様なチーム個性とスキル」「効果的な共同作業と対立解決のための方法」「協力的で生産的な研究チーム環境の構築」をキーワードに、ブレイクアウトルームを使用して「自分がPIになった時、どのような研究者を雇用したいか」等のトピックについて、2、3人でのグループワークを行い、その後全体で話し合った内容の共有が行われました。全体を通してインタラクティブで活発な質疑応答が行われました。

開催後のアンケートでは、参加したHG教員より以下の回答が寄せられました(一部抜粋)。

• Strategies to solve conflicts and the attitude classifications were very helpful to know. Also, the group work was a great opportunity to know and discuss with other members ideas.
• I had a very useful time. I was not sure if I would be able to participate so enthusiastically before the workshop started, but it was very interactive and I learned a lot about how to be/run a team while using my brain, not only listening. At least in my lab, I found it difficult to share goals in scientific "contract" way because the technicians do not have a professional background. However, as our survey also shows, sharing goals is very important, and I would like to think of ways to bridge this gap in the future.
• Good to learn about the series of flows in team building and what was important at each point.
• Today’s workshop was one of the most informative ones I’ve ever attended.
