The "Home for Innovative Researchers and Academic Knowledge Users Driving Global Impact" (hereafter referred to as HIRAKU-Global) Program is funded by a 10-year MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) grant called the “Strategic Professional Development Program for Young Researchers”. Hiroshima University serves as the Lead Organization for this initiative, together with the Partner Organizations (Yamaguchi University, Tokushima University and Ehime University). The Program will encourage other universities located in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions to participate in the Consortium as Member Organizations, so that we can leverage our unique strength achieved through regional collaboration to establish an effective Early Career Researcher development program.
