先端物質科学研究科 半導体集積科学専攻 博士課程後期2年の村岡幸輔さんが、2018年11月9日にThe 3rd International Symposium on Biomedical Engineering において、Young Researchers Poster Awardを受賞しました。
　受賞の理由は、The 3rd International Symposium on Biomedical Engineering において、（2018年11月8日（木）～11月9日（金））“Control of the gate oxide thickness and interface states in SiC-MOS interface using barium interface passivation”に関するポスター発表が優秀であると認められたためです。
