All participants are also requested to register at the registration desk located at the entrance of Koujin Conference Hall on the 1^st Floor.
Participants except for students are required to pay the registration fee (see the table below).
You will be provided with a name tag that is compulsory to wear during the 2-day conference for security and identification, program booklet and other useful information such as sightseeing brochures and maps.

When we receive your registration form and a copy of your institutional status including a staff / student ID card, we will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number by email.
Please be sure to print it out and bring with you to the conference venue.
Deadline for on-line registration is March 23 (Friday), 2018.

On-site registration
Those who fail to apply for on-line registration should register to the registration desk at the venue.
Please present your ID to confirm your institutional status and fill in a registration form there.
※We strongly encourage you to perform on-line registration so that we can confirm the number of participants in advance.

The reception will be held on right after the first conference day as the following schedule:

Reception fee is free for overseas participants and Japanese students.
