Applicants should make sure that he/she has been officially nominated by their home institutions and check if they meet all criteria listed through the link below.

Application Instructions
- URL for the online application form will be provided after official nomination by the exchange program coordinator of their home institution.
- Applicants are required to complete online application form and submit application materials through the exchange coordinator of their home institution. We do NOT accept submission by candidates themselves.
- All documents must be written in English or Japanese.
- Application materials No. 1-7 must be submitted as PDF files.
- Candidates also need to answer the Online Application Form. The URL to access the form will be sent only to nominated students.

3. Certificate of Student Registration |
Issued by applicants' home university. |

5. Letter of Recommendation |
Must be signed and completed by professor/lecturer who has taught the applicant in an academic course at his/her home institution. |

6. Proof(s) of Language Proficiency |
For non-native English speakers only. |

7. Photo Copy of Passport |
Must be valid through the end of exchange period. |

8. Photo for Student ID Card NOT a copy of student ID card! |
Must be taken within 6 months, passport sized, color, clear, from the front, sharp and in focus. (Aspect Ratio: 4:3, Resolution: 300dpi, File Size: within 1MB) |
Upon application of COE, which is required to apply for a student-visa, submission of financial proof (Certificate of Bank) will be required. You will need to prove that you have minimum of 480,000 yen for attending 1 semester or 960,000 for attending 1 year in your (or your financial supporter's) bank account.
