平成21年6月21日、Ahmed M. Hammad さん（生物機能開発学専攻）が

Jean-Claude Pechere Young Investigator Travel Award を受賞しました。



Hammadさんは、6月18日から21日にカナダのトロントで開催された

26th International Congress of Chemotherapy and Infectionにおいて、

「Antibiotic resistance of the Japanese probiotic bacteria （日本のプロ

バイオティクス細菌の薬剤耐性）」の研究内容が高く評価されたため、

同賞を受賞しました。
