プログラム別ガイダンスでは，学生証・資料の配付のみ行うことになりました。

　先進理工系科学研究科新入生オリエンテーションを4月6日（月）にサタケメモリアルホールで実施します、とご案内しておりましたが、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大等の状況を考慮し、中止することしました。
　学生証や資料等の配付は、プログラム別ガイダンスで実施しますので、以下の新入生オリエンテーション日程から実施日時、場所を改めて確認し、必ず出席してください。なお、出席に当たっては、以下の点にご留意ください。

・マスクの着用（お持ちでない方は、当日プログラム支援室までご相談ください）
・消毒液での手洗い（各部屋に設置予定）
・風邪などの症状がみられる場合は、参加できませんので、プログラム支援室までご連絡ください。

　なお、4月3日（金）に予定していた入学式については、中止になりました。

We informed that the new student orientation of the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering will be held at Satake Memorial Hall on Monday, April 6, but will be canceled due to the spread of the new coronavirus.
 We will hand out student ID card, etc. at the program guidance, so please check the schedule and attend to the guidance. Also please check the following points when attending.

・ Wearing a mask (If you do not have one, please contact the program support room on the day)
・ Hand wash with antiseptic solution (to be installed)
・ If you have symptoms such as a cold, you will not be able to participate. Please contact the Program Support Office.

　HU has decided to cancel the Entrance Ceremony, which was originally scheduled for April 3, 2020.
