Reception for Inpatients	1. Please show us your hospital card and receive a notification for inpatients.

Staff Station	2. Please present your Japanese health insurance card and a hospitalization guarantee letter to our staff. Our staff will explain to you about hospitalization.

Discharge

Bedroom	1. Our staff will explain to you the procedure for discharge. Please wait in the bedroom.

Staff Station	2. Follow the procedure.

Discharge	NOTES: We may charge you an additional fee later due to unavoidable circumstances.

< Weekend / After-Hours Reception>

Bedroom	1. Our staff will explain to you the procedure for discharge. Please wait in the bedroom.

Staff Station	2. Our staff will give you the notification for discharge.
↓
After-Hours Reception  (1st Floor, Inpatient Ward)	3. Please submit the notification for discharge and follow the procedure.

Leave	NOTES: We will send you an invoice for your hospitalization cost later.
