Home2016年9月30日、「未来博士3分間コンペティション2015」のオーディエンス賞受賞者、広島大学大学院生物圏科学研究科博士課程後期 笘野哲史さんが、3分間研究プレゼンテーション大会の本場、クイーンズランド大学で開催された3MTアジア大会 準決勝戦に本学を代表して出場され、各国から集まった精鋭達50名と競いました。8割がオセアニア諸地域からの代表者、日本人はたった１人という状況下で健闘、残り10名のファイナリストに選出され決勝に進出しました。決勝大会の様子はこちらから。

Satoshi Tomano, the winner of the People’s Choice at the Three Minutes Competition for Future Doctors 2015, participated in the 3MT (Three Minutes Thesis) Asia Pacific semi-final round as a representative of Hiroshima University on September 30, 2016. Out of 50 competitors, 80% of them were from Oceanian countries, while Satoshi was the only one Japanese. Under such adverse circumstances, he got selected as one of the 10 finalists and advanced to the final round. You can watch his presetaion at the final round from here.
