[2025-05-26~30] Long-Term Internship Fair for the HU Students @ MIRAI CREA

OVERVIEW

We will be holding a networking event for the undergraduate/master’s/PhD students to meet with the HR managers from the companies/institutions of the variety of sectors based in/out Hiroshima, seeking for the potential candidates for their Long-Term Internship opportunities.

Shorter-Term Internship or full-time Job opportunities could be informed along with the Long-Term internship information, if you request them to share.

グローバルキャリアデザインセンター では、博士課程後期大学院生、若手研究者向けのインターンシッププログラムの提供を行っています。学部生・博士課程前期大学院生向とは異なり、基本的に長期(2週間~数か月)にわたり実施されます。

FOR WHOM?

  • Students interested in a long-term internship of one month or longer at a host company/institution with offices in Japan
  • Students who are motivated to participate in an internship with the aim of finding a job in Japan after graduation
  • PhD students who wish to take the Common Graduate School Course ‘Long-Term Internship’ are encouraged to join.

Takeuchi Construction

A well-established local company specializing in seismic-resistant construction methods using airbags.
Alimni of Hiroshima University have joined the company, including PhD graduates.

Hirayama Ikuo Museum of Art

This museum specialises in collecting and researching the works of artist Ikuo Hirayama.
It also employs doctoral graduates.

Developing and manufacturing various types of packaging that are familiar to everyone.
The current representative director is a Hiroshima University alumni.
Headquartered in the Yoshiyuki Industrial Park in Saijo.

Ion Technology Center (ITC)

A semiconductor manufacturer based in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture.
Has experience accepting PhD students from national universities in the Kansai region for internships and hiring them.

Formerly Hitachi Zosen. Engaged in a wide range of businesses including shipbuilding, environment, decarbonisation, machinery, and infrastructure.
Accepting five-day internships in the 2025 fiscal year.

A German mobility and parts manufacturing company. The company is part of the global Textron group.
Internships lasting two weeks are available, as well as six-month ultra-long-term internships.
