文部科学省より、今後の博士（後期）課程学生への支援策等を検討するため、本学の博士（後期）課程学生に対して、経済支援状況に関する調査を実施する旨連絡がありました。

今後の学生支援拡充につながるものになると思われますので、必ずご回答いただきますようお願いいたします。

なお、現在在籍している学生にはもみじ個人掲示にて、離籍者にはメールにて個別に連絡しております。

MEXT（Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology）has notified us that it will conduct a survey regarding the financial support situation of doctoral students at our university, in order to consider future support measures for doctoral students.

We would like to ask for your cooperation in this survey, as we believe that it will lead to the expansion of future support for students.

Enrolled students will be notified by "Momiji" personal information, and those who have left university will be notified by e-mail from wakateyousei@office.hiroshima-u.ac.jp.

■調査対象者
令和６年度に在籍していた全ての博士課程の学生（調査期間において既に博士課程を修了している、いわゆる「満期退学」した方も含みます）

■回答方法
在籍している学生には「もみじ個人掲示」にて、離籍者にはメール（送信元:wakateyousei@office.hiroshima-u.ac.jp）にて連絡を差し上げたフォームから入力をお願いします。
※日本語と英語はフォーム右上のアイコンで切り替えられます。

■Survey Subjects
All doctoral students enrolled during the 2024 academic year (including those who had already completed their doctoral program during the survey period, i.e., those who withdrew after completing the required coursework)
■Response Method
Current students should submit their responses using the form sent via Momiji Personal Notice. Former students should submit their responses using the form sent via email .

・調査票は原則として結果の集計・分析以外には使用しません。
　収集したデータは統計的に処理され、個人が特定されるような情報は一切公開されません。
・学籍番号、氏名は大学で調査票のとりまとめを行った後に削除します。
　事業者や文部科学省に伝わることはありません。
・文部科学省は、個人情報について、行政機関の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律、その他関係する法令に基づき、適切に取り扱うものとし、個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止その他の個人情報の適切な管理のために必要な措置を講じるものとします。

・Survey forms will not be used for any purpose other than compiling and analyzing results. Collected data will be processed statistically, and no personally identifiable information will be disclosed.
・Student ID numbers and names will be removed after the university compiles the survey forms, so they will not be shared with MEXT and the survey contractor.
・MEXT shall handle personal information appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Administrative Organs and other relevant laws and regulations. It shall take necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its proper management.
