3.Japanese singer MISIA presented with Pestalozzi Education Award
The School of Education at Hiroshima University (HU) awarded the 30th Pestalozzi Education Prize — named in honor of Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi, the father of modern education — to Japanese singer MISIA for her outstanding educational activities.

4.Hiroshima University holds Open Campus 2022
Hiroshima University (HU) held its Open Campus 2022 on August 18 and 19 at the Higashi-Hiroshima, Kasumi, and Higashi-Senda campuses. The event was held on-site for the first time in three years.
