Diploma Policy

Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Health Science

  1. A student must have acquired deep rich broad knowledge and problem-solving ability in health and medical welfare field, and creativity and futuristic mind.
  2. A student must have acquired the ability to do research and development, practice/educate in the advanced health and medical welfare field based on her/his deep expertise.

Curriculum Policy

  1. The curriculum consists of lectures, advanced seminars, and advanced research.
  2. Omnibus lecture subjects that enable to acquire foundation of ethics and research method required for health science and advanced medical care research and also broad expertise are established as Common Subject 1
  3. Lectures on specialized subjects are open across other field of study to acquire comprehensive expertise.
  4. Seminars on each specialized subject are made of more useful contents and better quality.

Based on the diploma policy and curriculum policy, Health Sciences Major is seeking for the following students:

  1. Those who have basic knowledge of health sciences, and are willing to acquire much richer and broader knowledge
  2. Those who are willing to acquire problem solving ability in increasingly complicated health  issues in the society
  3. Those who are willing to acquire abilities to practice advanced health / medical care / welfare

【General Selection】
In order to confirm applicants’ expertise and language skill in the undergraduate level and also to see the capability that is applicable to the curriculum policy of this major, an academic ability test (written examination and oral examination) will be conducted. Expertise, suitability for research, and motivation for research will be evaluated comprehensively.

【Special Selection for Students with careers】
In order to confirm applicants’ expertise and language skill in the undergraduate level and also to see the capability that is applicable to the curriculum policy of this major, an academic ability test (written examination and oral examination) will be conducted. Expertise, suitability for research, and motivation for research will be evaluated comprehensively.

【Special Selection for Senior Citizens】
In order to confirm applicants’ expertise in the undergraduate level and also to see the capability that is applicable to the curriculum policy of this major, an academic ability test (written examination and oral examination) will be conducted. 【Special Selection for International Students】
