The Fellow, Dr. Karen Carter, will collaborate with you to identify what’s effective in your paper and what revisions might strengthen it. Please refer to the following information for details:.

【Tutorial times & venue】

■ Higashi-hiroshima campus
Venue:  Writing Center, 1st floor at the Central Library
Times:  8th period (3:20 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.) and 9th period (4:20 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

【Types of eligible drafts】
・Journal papers
・Conference abstracts
・Conference presentation scripts

【Benefits】
The writing advisor fellow will collaborate with you to identify what’s effective in your paper and what revisions might strengthen it. The fellow will address issues in writing such as structure, flow, grammar, summarizing, paraphrasing and citing sources.
* The Fellow will make suggestions, but not do copy editing.

【Appointments】
Please make an appointment through an online application form. We recommend that you submit your writing in advance however, pre-submission is not mandatory. Please note that a full paper may require additional sessions.

* Only one appointment per day.
