『permalink』の入力欄に、ご自身のresearchmapのマイポータルURLのうちパーマリンクと言われる部分を転記します。(右図赤字部分)

Please enter the "permalink" portion of your "My Portal URL" of "researchmap" into the "permalink" input field.
(The "permalink" portion is the section shown in red text in the image on the right.)

次に『確認』ボタンを押してご自身の『マイポータル』へ遷移できることを確認し、最下部の『更新』ボタンでeポートフォリオを保存して設定完了です。(『確認』しないと『更新』できない仕様となっています)

Next, please click the "Confirm" button to verify that you can navigate to your "My Portal" in "researchmap," then click the "Update" button at the bottom to save your e-portfolio and complete the setup. (Please note that HIRAKU-PF requires you to click "Confirm" before you click "Update" and save.)

自動連携される研究業績は、researchmapで『公開』設定されたものに限定されます。

Only research activities that are set to "Public" in researchmap will be automatically synchronized.

researchmapで『公開』設定され自動連携された研究業績は、HIRAKU-PFでも『ネット公開』設定となります。また、researchmapの『★重要』（優先表示）設定にかかわらず、自動連係された業績はHIRAKU-PFにて『優先表示する』設定となります。自動連係設定後は必ずHIRAKU-PF上でご確認の上、必要であれば再設定をお願いいたします。

Research activities set to "Public" on researchmap and automatically linked will also be set to "Public" on HIRAKU-PF. In addition, regardless of the "★Major" (displayed with priority) setting in researchmap, all automatically synchronized activities will be marked as "Priority" in HIRAKU-PF. After configuring this automatic data sync. function, please be sure to verify these disclosure settings on HIRAKU-PF and reconfigure them if necessary.

researchmapより自動連携された研究業績は、HIRAKU-PF上でもExcelファイルによる一括編集でも編集を行えない仕様となっております。『ポートフォリオ編集』の『研究活動』にて『公開フラグ』『優先表示』の設定のみが可能です。

Research activities automatically linked from researchmap cannot be edited within HIRAKU-PF or via Excel files. You can only configure the "Disclosure Settings" and "Priority" settings on "Edit ePortfolio" > "Research Activities."
