The Global Career Design Center will host a new career event named 'HU Coffee Chats' from October 2024 to March 2025.

Speakers at the events will be young highly-skilled non-Japanese professionals who studied at the PhD Courses of the Graduate Schools of Hiroshima University, who are currently working in Japan. They will provide information on their experiences and tips of the job-hunting toward their juniors.

We hope that this will further promote the employment of young, highly-skilled non-Japanese personnel in Japan, promote the globalization of Japan, and contribute to the realization of innovation in Japan and worldwide. 

Students studying in the PhD courses at Hiroshima University, young highly-skilled international talent, undergraduate students aiming to enrol in PhD courses, and students in the master's course

Completed the Graduate School of Engineering at Hiroshima University in March 2022. Engaged in research and development as a researcher at Kao Corporation from April 2022. Specialised in chemical engineering. 

Mohammed Rashel Uddin

Doctor of Education

Worked for EU, Bangladesh as the Education Expert from 2022-2023.
JSPS International Fellow at Hiroshima University since 2023. 

Explanations and interactions will be mainly in English.
No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.
