「HU Coffee Chats」とは / OVERVIEW Of THE ‘HU COFFEE CHATS’
グローバルキャリアデザインセンターは、2024年10月から「HU Coffee Chats（広島大学コーヒーチャット）」という名称のキャリアイベントを新たに開催します。
イベントでは、広島大学大学院博士課程後期で学んだ後に日本で就職し、現在も日本で活躍している若手高度外国人材を講師として招き、大学院での学業や就職活動、就職後の実務についての体験を情報提供いただきます。
イベントに参加した学生や若手研究者は、バックグラウンドや世代の近い若手高度外国人材のキャリアを最新のロールモデルとして学びながら、彼らや人事担当者とネットワーキングをはかります。これにより、若手高度外国人材の日本での就職を一層推進し、日本のグローバル化を促進するとともに、日本と世界のイノベーション実現の一助となることを目指します。
The Global Career Design Center will host a new career event named 'HU Coffee Chats' from October 2024.
Speakers at the events will be young highly-skilled non-Japanese professionals who studied at the PhD Courses of the Graduate Schools of Hiroshima University, who are currently working in Japan. They will provide information on their experiences and tips of the job-hunting toward their juniors.
We hope that this will further promote the employment of young, highly-skilled non-Japanese personnel in Japan, promote the globalization of Japan, and contribute to the realization of innovation in Japan and worldwide.
