On January 25, 2026, an online exchange meeting was held in English. Successful applicants for April 2026 admission who passed entrance examinations conducted up to November participated together with current IGS students. This voluntary event was attended by 11 successful applicants.

Following opening remarks by faculty members, student ambassadors introduced the department’s facilities, courses, and activities. Participants were then divided into small groups, where current students and successful applicants exchanged self-introductions and held informal discussions.
