Each session will be approx. 45 minutes in length.
Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and the year-end/New Year’s holidays)

How to make an appointment
Please email us to let us know that you would like to have a consultation. We will reply by email.
＊The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and the year-end/New Year’s holidays).
＊When making an appointment, we require your preferred date and time, your name, student ID number, faculty/graduate school you belong to/graduated from, your grade/present state, contact information (phone number), consultation topic,
＊Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the relevant reception work and statistical data on the number of consultations.
＊Please note that you will not be able to make another career counseling appointment until you have completed your currently scheduled session.
＊If you have to cancel an appointment, please make sure to contact us by email as soon as possible.
