We welcome any questions you may have about job searching and are able to provide career counseling when you need any help in choosing your career, conducting a job search or looking for a job. Also, we support you by helping you to brush up your Entry Sheet (ES) and prepare for a job interview.

If you would like to ask to brush up the content of your ES or Resume, please submit the relevant document/s to the Global Career Design Center by email, before the day of your online career counseling. (career-group@office.hiroshima-u.ac.jp)

You can make an appointment for career counseling at the counter of the Global Career Design Center directly or by phone (082-424-6983).

＊The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays and the year-end/New Year’s holidays).
＊When making an appointment, we require your preferred date and time, your name, student ID number, faculty/graduate school you belong to/graduated from, your grade/present state, contact information (phone number), consultation topic, (preferred place to consult).
＊Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the relevant reception work and statistical data on the number of consultations.
＊A two-week block will be available within the appointment list (the current week and the following week). Also, note that you will not be able to make another career counseling appointment until you have completed your currently scheduled session.
(Appointment availability can be confirmed verbally at the Center counter or by phone.)
