University education support/administration-assisting jobs

HU students engaging in the university education support/administration-assisting jobs work as part-time staff members at the university, under the applicable system of the university. This system aims to employ HU students as a supporter for the university’s education and administration services, as well as to provide such students with financial support, help them secure time for study and give them work experience, thus leading to the revitalization of the university’s management based on the ideas from such students.

The aforementioned jobs comprise of three types; Phoenix Assistant (PA), general on-campus part-time jobs, and Teaching Assistant (TA).

Phoenix Assistant (PA)

PAs are student staff members who work for a relatively extended period (period of employment: at least one month) as, for example, receptionists and filing and classification assistants at the University Libraries, website and system production and administration members, clerical and documentation assistants, campus guides, etc.

General on-campus part-time jobs

General on-campus part-time jobs are for a relatively short period (period of employment not exceeding one month), and involve relatively simple and light labor duties.

Teaching Assistant (TA)

TAs assist teachers during lectures, give advice and instructions to students, and thus play the role of being a direct link between the teachers and the students. By engaging in the university’s education services, it is hoped that TAs will deepen their expertise and improve their communication skills.
