The department of obstetrics and gynecology (of our institute) provides medical care for women, which consists three units; the gynecology unit, the maternal and perinatal care unit and the women health care unit.

The gynecology unit provides diagnosis and proper treatments for the tumor of female genital organs, such as uterus, ovary and so on. Over 100 gynecological malignant new patients visit our hospital every year, and were performed surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy. The maternal and perinatal care unit provides normal and abnormal pregnancy and delivery. We treat many pregnant women with complications, such as blood disease and collagen disease, with internal medicine team. Furthermore, we provide prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling. The women health care unit provides the appropriate treatments for adolescent amenorrhea, endometriosis, menopause-associated disease, postmenopausal osteoporosis and genital tract prolapse.

We provide the best treatment and support for each woman with those diseases.
