Getting to Kasumi campus/Hiroshima University Hospital

You can travel to and from Kasumi campus by bus, tram, or taxi.

From Hiroshima station, you can reach to Kasumi campus by bus or taxi.

By bus
※Notice of bus stop change at the south exit of Hiroshima Station starting June 2, 2024.

Bus Stop No. 10 has been changed to No. 4 for bus numbers 302, 312, 322, 332, and 342 bound for Hiroshima University Hospital.

Buses that go to the Kasumi campus/Hiroshima University Hospital: Machinowa Loop Bus No. 302, Local buses No. 312, 322, 332, 342. Notes: Buses No. 322 and 332 are available only in the morning and afternoon. Bus No. 342 runs only in the morning. See the bus timetable here. You can also reach the campus by getting the bus off at "Daigaku-byoin-iriguchi". It is about 3-minutes walking distance to the campus. When traveling from Kasumi campus to Hiroshima station, please take Machinowa Loop No. 301 or the following local buses; No.311, 321, 331, or 341. Bus No. 331 does not stop at "Daigaku-byoin-mae" in the morning. Please take the bus from "Daigaku-byoin-iriguchi" during morning hours.

From Hiroshima Port, you can get to the campus by bus.

There are two alternative ways traveling by tram and bus from the port. Take the Tram Route No. 5 to Hijiyamabashi, then take the local bus No. 23 or No.10 to Daigaku-byoin-mae (in front of Hiroshima University Hospital).
