Promising Research Initiatives

Promising Research Initiatives (PRIs) are at incubated stage as researcher groups, which attempt to become Centers of Excellence in research (at self-sustained stage) as mid-term and long-term hallmarks of Hiroshima University.  These PRIs are selected from our university's various researcher groups which are at organically initiated stage.  Some of these burgeoning researcher groups may have been formed by surrounding a Distinguished Professor or Distinguished Researcher.  Others may include either project research centers or those which conduct large-scale research projects.
