University Presidents for Peace Conference
Led by Hiroshima University, this international conference brings together university presidents from around the world to deepen collaboration and to discuss human resource development as well as the roles universities should play toward achieving global peace and a sustainable society.

International Alumni Network
Hiroshima University promotes networking among former international students after they return to their home countries through overseas alumni associations. The University also works to strengthen collaboration and human networks between alumni and Hiroshima University.

This alumni organization was incorporated locally in 2022. It carries out innovative activities that go beyond conventional alumni association frameworks, including industry–academia–government collaboration and business support.

Joint Education and Research Facilities on Campus (International Office)
Established in October 2018 to enhance Japanese language and culture education both on and off campus, promote student exchange with overseas partners, and advance the development of a global campus.
Established in 2022 to lead the University’s globalization efforts and build a global hub for practical research and human resource development that contributes to international society through the international deployment of Society 5.0.
Established in 2024 to expand the global campus and promote “international co-creation” through collaboration among industry, academia, and government, while engaging in education and research and developing the people who will lead these efforts.
