(Dec 13) Practicing Peacebuilding the 8th Lecture “Inclusive Development for Sustainable Peace -Experience of UNITAR Hiroshima-”

The issue of widening inequality among countries and within countries is one of critical issues in recent years. The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10 aims at reducing inequalities. Inclusive development, which engages with all segments of society is essential for lasting peace. The lecture focuses on the issues of disparities and introduces how UNITAR Hiroshima Office has been tackling with this issue, and opportunities and challenges the Office has faced.
