Center for Academic Practice and Resource held freshmen’s gathering for friendly discussions

On November 17 and 18, 2020, a social gathering for the new students was held on the first floor of the Student Plaza by the Center for Academic Practice and Resource. With the spread of the novel coronavirus continuing, the student staff of the Center for Academic Practice and Resource organized this social gathering to provide an opportunity for new students to talk freely about their worries in their studies and life at the university.

A total of seventeen students from the Schools of Letters, Education, Law, Science, and Engineering, as well as the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Graduate School of Advanced Science and Engineering, participated in the social gathering. They were divided into groups of five to six students and deepened their exchanges under the guidance of student staff from the Center for Academic Practice and Resource. Participants introduced themselves through games and had a great time talking about topics such as how they spend their days off, their favorite food, and their hometowns.

The Center for Academic Practice and Resource will continue to hold on-campus events planned and organized by student staff in the future.
