On-campus donations for humanitarian aid to Ukraine start at HU

Russian forces launched an armed invasion of Ukraine on February 24. As the war continues to escalate, the number of victims, including civilians and children, continues to rise, and more than 360,000 people have been forced to flee their country.

As a university located in the A-bombed city that experienced the horrors of war, Hiroshima University is committed to providing support to Ukraine and its citizens in order to restore peace as soon as possible.

In line with this, Hiroshima University launched an emergency on-campus fundraising campaign last February 28 to raise funds for humanitarian aid.

We hope you will support our objectives and contribute to the relief efforts.
