If you are currently resident in the student dormitory and wish to move out,
please submit the Notification of Departure from Dormitory to the Dormitory Management Office
at least one month ahead of the date on which you intend to move out.
An inspection of your room will be carried out when you move out,
in order to check that it has been cleaned and that the fixtures and fittings are in the same condition as when you moved in.
Moving out inspections are conducted on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00.
Residents must order contractor cleaning when they move out.（Roughly 10,000 yen to 17,000 yen）
If any anomalies are found as a result of the inspection,
it shall be the responsibility of the tenant to restore the room to its original condition.
Moreover, tenants will be required to pay that month's utility charges at the time of the inspection,
so please ensure that you have cash to hand.
(If you have any unpaid rent or overhead fees, please ensure that you pay these by the time of the inspection.)
