Hiroshima University's 75+75th Anniversary "Commemorative Ceremony and Commemorative Events" will be held over two days from November 2(Sat.) to 3 (Sun.), 2024.
Events planned by faculties and graduate schools, and a university festival planned by students will also be held on the same day.
We are sincerely looking forward to welcoming many visitors to the Hiroshima University Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.

広島大学創立75+75周年「記念式典・記念事業」を、2024年11月2日(土)～3日(日)の2日間にわたり開催いたします。学部・研究科企画のイベント、学生企画の大学祭も同日開催予定です。多くの方々に、広島大学東広島キャンパスにお越しいただけることを、心よりお待ちしております。
 

• Please be sure to read "3.Notes"and register only if you accept the terms of the agreement.
• The online form includes a field where you can input the number of individuals you would like to invite to the event on the day. This could include HU professors, fellow researchers, colleagues from your lab, individuals from your part-time job, your landlord, and others. However, filling out this field does not guarantee their participation. After closing international alumni applications at the end of May, we will send out emails regarding invited guests.
   
• 参加登録前に、「3.注意事項」を読み、了承された場合にはオンラインフォームにお進みください。
• オンラインフォームには、あなたが当日イベントに招待したい日本留学時代にお世話になった方々(指導教員や、研究室の仲間、アルバイト先の方や大家さんなど)の人数を入力する欄がありますが、その方の参加を約束するものではありません。5月末に、国際同窓生の申し込みを締め切った後に、招待ゲストに関するメールを送ります。 

【English】 
・The event program may be subject to change in the future.  Furthermore, in the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, Hiroshima University will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants traveling to Japan/Hiroshima. 
・The rights to photographs and videos taken during the event belong to Hiroshima University, and there is a possibility they may be used for promotional purposes in the future.
・Participants are expected to understand and agree to the terms and disclaimers regarding event participation before attending.

・イベントのプログラムは将来変更される可能性があります。また、不可抗力などの理由によりイベントが中止または延期される場合、広島大学は参加者の日本・広島への渡航や滞在費について一切の責任を負いません。
・イベント中の写真や映像の撮影に関する肖像権は広島大学に帰属し、今後、広報目的で使用される可能性があります。 
・参加者はイベントへの参加に関する規約や免責事項を理解し、同意した上で参加するものとします。　

Q1: How do I register for the event?/参加申し込みはメールや電話でもできますか？

A1: To register for the event, please use the designated form.  You can find the link to the designated form on our website. Please fill out the form and submit it.

A1: 参加申し込みは、専用フォームから登録を行ってください。本学のウェブサイト上に専用フォームのリンクがあります。フォームに必要事項を入力し、送信してください。 

Q2: Do I need to pay to participate in the Global Reunion event?/参加費用はどのようになっていますか？

A2: Participation is free of charge.  However, participants are responsible for their own flight and hotel reservations and other costs related to travel to Hiroshima.

A2: 参加費用は無料です。ただし、参加者自身でのフライト予約やホテル予約など、日本への渡航に関わる費用はご自身でご負担いただくことになります。

Q3: What procedures are required to travel to Japan?/日本への渡航に関する手続きはありますか？

A3: Participants are responsible for their own travel procedures to Japan(flight tickets and hotel reservation, etc.). In addition, if there are any necessary procedures such as visa acquisition or medical examinations, please prepare as soon as possible.

A3: 日本への渡航に関する手続き(航空券、ホテル予約など)は、参加者ご自身で行っていただくことになります。また、ビザの取得や健康診断など、必要な手続きがある場合は、早めに準備をお願いいたします。
