We received a courtesy visit from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences

On November 2nd, Prof. Wu Yueliang, Vice President of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and two other delegates of UCAS visited the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, and also had a meeting with Executive and Vice President Toshiyuki Sato.

Current activities of both institutions were introduced, and they discussed promotion of researcher and student exchanges and research collaborations between the two institutions.

University of Chinese Academy of Sciences is China’s first graduate school founded in 1978, and has over 45,000 undergraduate and graduate students. It is one of the top universities in China.

We are planning to conclude an Agreement for Academic Exchange with University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. We look forward to a more active exchange between the two universities.
