On June 18th 2019, President Stephen Y. L. Cheung from the Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and his colleagues visited the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus of Hiroshima University (HU) and met with President Mitsuo Ochi, Executive Vice President Toshiyuki Sato (in charge of International/Peace/Fund) and Vice President Yasushi Maruyama (in charge of International Exchange). The meeting was also attended by Professor Masataka Koyama (Dean) and Professor Norio Matsumi (Vice Dean) of the Graduate School of Education.

EdUHK is a public university in Hong Kong and has been promoting exchange mainly with our Graduate School of Education. At the meeting, the participants discussed the expansion of future exchange in terms of both researchers and students.

It is hoped that exchange between the two universities will flourish even further.
