Co-op Cafeteria serves 50 Yen breakfast until October 22

Due to popular demand, we have increased the number of meals offered!


The 50 Yen breakfast, which was made possible by crowdfunding from August 19 to September 30, 2021, and the Hiroshima University Co-op's support is available until October 22. Here are the things you need to know about it.

Service period

October 4 (Monday)〜October 22 (Friday), 2021 (weekdays only)

Service hours

8:00-10:30 a.m.

Number of meals served per day

Number of meals served per day
400 meals → 500 meals per day from October 7 (Thursday)

Number of meals served at each cafeteria

  • North 1 Cafeteria 200 meals → 250 meals
  • Daigaku-Kaikan (University Hall) Cafeteria 100 meals → 150 meals
  • Kasumi Viola Dining 100 meals

How to order

Just order the designated breakfast menu item and present your student ID Card when paying at the cashier. Payment through Maple meal card is accepted.

Please be aware of the following points
  1. Please make sure to bring your student ID card. If you do not have your student ID card, you will be charged a flat rate (350 Yen).
  2. A limited number of servings are available per day. Please note that the 50 Yen breakfast servings are available while supplies last.
  3. The cafeteria may close temporarily due to weather conditions, the situation of the novel coronavirus infections, and other circumstances. Before visiting the cafeteria, please check the Hiroshima University Co-op website to confirm the business status for the day. To check the business status, please visit the following website.
