HU Wins JICA 2007 Presidential Award



Hiroshima University has won the 4th Annual Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) 2007 Presidential Award (Organization Category). This award is given to individuals and groups who contribute to and cooperate with JICA-led international cooperation projects over many years, and who make great efforts in human resource and social development in developing countries.



The award, currently in its 4th year, was presented to 20 individuals and 8 organizations. This is the first time that a university has been given this award.
