HU welcomes food truck to campus

(Curry was sold on the first day)

On May 17, a food truck made its appearance at the plaza next to the Administration Bureau building on Hiroshima University's Higashi-Hiroshima Campus. The food truck was introduced to foster a lively atmosphere in the area where many students, faculty, and staff come and go and help alleviate the lunchtime crowds.

On the first day, a vendor from Higashihiroshima City sold spice curry. Students, faculty, and staff stopped by to purchase the offered dishes. Food trucks will be making their appearance at the campus every Tuesday and Friday from 11 am to 2 pm. There are plans to increase the number of food trucks and the service days in the future.
