The 2025 Hiroshima University Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.

April 3rd, 2025 (Thu) from 11：00 (Doors open: 10:00)

Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park Gymnasium
   (67-1 Taguchi, Saijo-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima City)

Notes:

• The state of the ceremony will be delivered live on YouTube in real time.
• After the Entrance Ceremony, video messages from celebrities, a mini concert by Ms. NAKAMARU Michie, an opera singer and a visiting professor of HU, club introduction video and introduction of TGO app will be conducted. (Scheduled to end around 12：45 p.m.)
• The signboard for commemorative photographs will be placed in front of the venue.
• Families of new students can also attend the ceremony.

• Parking at Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park is limited. Please use public transportations.
• About temporary bus stop in Hiroshima University, Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, please click here.
• About the schedule of the temporary bus service to the Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park, please see the table.
  (＊The operation schedule for temporary buses is scheduled to be announced on the website of Hiroshima University in around the middle of March.)
• If you come by bicycle, please park at the bike parking lot on Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
  (The closest bike parking lot to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop is near the School of Engineering.)
• HU students are kindly refrain from coming to the venue.
