The 2024 Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.

Notes:
・The state of the ceremony will be delivered live on Youtube in real time.
・After the Entrance Ceremony, video messages from celebrities, a mini concert by Ms. NAKAMARU Michie, an opera singer and a visiting professor of HU and club introduction video will be conducted. (Scheduled to end around 12：30 p.m.)
・The signboard for commemorative photographs will be placed in front of the venue.
・Families of graduates can also attend the ceremony.

Access to Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park
・Parking at Higashi- Hiroshima Sports Park is limited. Please use public transportations.
・About temporary bus stop in Hiroshima University, Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, please click here.
・About the schedule of the temporary bus service to the Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park, please see the table.
(＊The operation schedule for temporary buses is scheduled to be announced on the website of Hiroshima University in around the middle of March.)
・If you come by bicycle, please park at the bike parking lot on Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
(The closest bike parking lot to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop is near the School of Engineering.)
・HU students are kindly refrain from coming to the venue.

※1 The venue and the roads around the venue are expected to be crowded from one hour before the commencement of the entrance ceremony. In particular, since it will take some time to go by bus from the Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop at the Higashi-Hiroshima campus to the venue due to the congestion of the surrounding roads (It may take 30 minutes to get on), please allow enough time to reach the venue.
※2 After the entrance ceremony (around noon), temporary bus services will be available from the venue to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop , JR Saijo Station and JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station.
