The 2023 Commencement Ceremony (Graduation Ceremony) will be held as follows.

Notes:
・The state of the ceremony will be delivered live on Youtube in real time.
・The signboard for commemorative photographs will be placed in front of the venue.
・(For graduate students who will have Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or professional degree)
 　Degrees will be conferred by each faculty and graduate school. For details, please refer to the notices from the student support office.
・(For graduate students who will have Doctoral degree students)
 　Degrees will be conferred by HU's President at the same venue after the commencement ceremony.
　Inquiries about conferring degree by each faculty and graduate school, please ask the student support office.
・Families of graduates can also attend the ceremony.
 

・Parking at Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park is limited. Please use public transportations.

・If you come by bicycle, please park at the bike parking lot on Higashi-Hiroshima Campus.
(The closest bike parking lot to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop is near the School of Engineering.)
・HU students are kindly refrain from coming to the venue.

※1 The venue and the roads around the venue are expected to be crowded from one hour before the commencement of the entrance ceremony. In particular, since it will take some time to go by bus from the Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop at the Higashi-Hiroshima campus to the venue due to the congestion of the surrounding roads (It may take 30 minutes to get on), please allow enough time to reach the venue.
※2 After the commencement ceremony (around noon), temporary bus services will be available from the venue to Daigaku-Kaikanmae bus stop ,  JR Saijo Station and  JR Higashi-Hiroshima Station.
※3The temporary bus services of Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park to Saijo Station is limited. 
Please take the bus from the Sanjyo-bara bus stop or consider the route of Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park→Daigaku-Kaikanmae → JR Saijo Station.
