【講演題目】　「Innovation acceleration by Cross-cultural activity〜異文化交流によるイノベーションの加速〜」



【内容】Globalization and the increasing internationalization of enterprises have placed emphasis on the importance of cross-cultural management issues that involve both national and organizational cultures.

This lecture focuses in particular on the interactions between various stakeholders in the technology transfer and innovation process, which might cause culture-clash induced failure and be a serious barrier to successful technology transfers and innovations.



Hirt氏は、国際ビジネスの経験と研究業績があり、異文化間経営の観点からヨーロッ

パにおける発展途上国への技術移転状況を紹介していただきます。また、セミナー終
